Stay away from My Debt Assistance, bad company!
This is the worst of the worst companies to exist, stay far away, I have been off debt review since at least August and I have yet to receive my 17W form and clearance certificate, after taking this company to court and being deemed not in debt and cleared, this company continue to take from my account and now and since August has not sent me what my lawyers said to ask for, I spent unnecessary money on lawyers when debt companies can actually have you removed seeing you don't actually need to be on it but this is how they make money from you with lies about they can help but they're help actually prohibits you from living your life and you are stuck because being under debt review you can't do anything being deemed your finances are bad when it is not. So I'd like my 17W form sent to me ASAP and my clearance certificate which all should have been sent to me when I asked for it!

Bad service MY DEBT ASSISTANT I got it call from My debt assistant the that must help customers to make there debt life better with the assistance of dept review.sad part is i dont have alot of dept but still they lying to me over the phone now that im asking for the recording they dont have it and its a 3dr party that has the recording calls (I did ask for then to send me the nr of the 3dr party sodat I can collect the recording as proof they did not want to give it to me) I ask the agent is it debt review on the call he did say no and now im struggle with them to remove the flag of my name im putting this on HALLO PETER so other people/customers can see how they are lying to get business even when they see you dont have alot of debt so please stay AWAY, this is my personal experience with them. Im also going to report them to the NRC and the OMBUB financial services. I had to pay additional COST to them for no service rendered they lyde about my debt they did say I was OVER IN DEBT with only R5000 they are a disgrace

The WORST Debt Reviewer
I asked for assistance from this company. They haven't done anything for me in a span of 8 years. I've emailed, I've tried calling, and I got no response from them...EVER. I want them to remove me from their books, and remove themselves from my ITC. It's pointless having them, when they haven't done anything to help me in any way, shape or form.

I asked for assistance from this company. They haven't done anything for me in a span of 8 years. I've emailed, I've tried calling, and I got no response from them...EVER. Misled by My Debt Assist Debt Counselor
My Debt Assist based in Cape Town is the worst debt review company. They misled me by telling me that I could remain under debt review even though I was unemployed. I used my UIF funds to pay them, without being informed that an unemployed person cannot be under debt review. Their agent communicated with me using her personal email address. The company never answers their landline calls or emails and is only reachable via WhatsApp. The owner, Washeema, does not respond to emails at all, which raises serious concerns about what is happening within the company. None of my creditors accepted the proposal, yet My Debt Assist never informed me of this and failed to respond to emails from my creditors. Due to the negligence and lack of communication from this company, I nearly lost my house and my car.
