Why is my Russells account still on my status

I had an account with russells chatsworth in 2007.there were someinformation hiccups and it was handed over to jdg russells legal depth.I am sure they put me on the credit bureau. My account was paid up in fill in 2012 but am confused why is russells history still on your databank in my credit bureau status.I am sure according to the new credit act all paid up accounts should not reflect on itc depts.
