Wack website.

The survey option is a joke. Negative ratings result in the submission button looping, yet the website is rated 4.8/5 which is a blatant lie.

Since I couldn't provide feedback via the survey, I'll do it here instead:

I hated the fact that there wasn't a prompted before making the membership purchase after purchasing only the score.
