***** my money and then close your account

I payed for a (free) once of year credit report . then you have to pay R25.00 to view your credit report . so I payed the money in to their account and suddenly I can't log in to view so I phoned the call centre and the guy said he will email and he did nothing! so I send them a email their emails back that I have closed my account and I need to pay again for a full premium in order to see my report! this place is a **** ! it has been 4 days and no luck ! here is my ref nr: Absa: KKRT6011, Aank, 26/09/15 MAGTIGING, [URL Removed] Johannes, R25.00.
