Paid R79 and No full report,

I ordered the free report which I got, however I couldn't't download a working PDF as promised, it only opened in a browser. I then purchase the full report for R79 for a single report (way above the on-line market cost) the site shows the report is there but there is no way to view or download it. Their LIVE support is an email address that doesn't respond ( how on earth is this live support), the contact number took me to a \I NEED FINANCE"call centre who didn't answer and I dropped the call after 7 mins. checked again the paid for report still didn't work but the free report score was now -20 min later "
