No Performance

On 1 Sep 2015 I paid R79-00 for my credit report. Although their website says the report will be delivered in 24 hours it is now 9 days later and still no report. I have send numerous emails and made numerous calls to My Credit Status with no reply <br> <br> Sounds like a ****.
