Misleading advertising and service

<p>The above website promises you a detailed credit rating report if you upgrade to the premium package. You can either pay a once-off R79 fee or a monthly fee. I do not want a monthly subscribsion so I opted to pay R79.</p> <p> </p> <p>They sent me two credit reports. On the first one I was rated Average risk and it had listed two companies where I had problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>The other report, and that is the one that I am interested in rated me as High risk. Unfortunately only the first page of this report printed while the rest was a total blurr. They also encouraged me to upgrade to an even more expensive option. This is not fair as they promised a full credit report on my paying R79. I would wish them to send me both of the full reports as they promised a complete credit record.</p>
