is My Credit Status a ****

I paid for a credit report at my credit status online and recieved a mail that confirmed the payment, also they responded on the security check and approved it. since then, if i log in the system keeps on asking me for another payment , although the payment i made on the 6th of Oktober shows in my account. i have tried multiple times to contact them and no response to rectify the problem.
