CREDIT RECORD

I have been receiving messages from MY CREDIT RECORD from 2014 October reporting that I owe them R110 else they will report/blacklist my name if I don't pay the money.I don't remember requesting credit report from any company. Will the manager of this company tell his/her staff to STOP sending me harassing and annoying messages as I also know the channels to complain.
