FAULS INFORMATION ON THE CREDIT REPORT

Credit information reflected on my report is incorrect, I am busy for over 1 year trying to resolve this issue, provided all supporting documents that was requested, proofs, affidavits and it is still not removed, I found out who this account belongs to, provided person name and the cell number and still not removed. It is affecting my life, I can't get a job because of the incorrect information that is reflected. I have personally contacted each ***** department of the retail stores and it was confirmed by them that these accounts are not linked to my ID on their system. It is incorrect on the Credit Bureau system. Trough the year I sent multiples emails, phoned them multiple times, each time on hold on average for 1 hour, after answering the call they are promising to call back, doesn't happen. I am trying to dispute these accounts and get the reference number so i can go to Ombudsman but again, I don't get the reference number, tried to dispute online, via emails, via phone calls but not getting it right. The provided credit information is not reliable.
