Account removal

I've tried contacting the company a number of times to follow up on my dispute, I cannot even get as far as speaking to an agent. You are on hold for 10-15 minutes. Ridiculous. I need an account removed, I logged a dispute and submitted all the required documents. No update, no email confirmation to say the documents were received, nothing. I even sent about 5 emails. Nothing. This is annoying, how do I get this account removed. Whats the point of credit bureau
