Most useless courier company I've ever dealt with!

Sent a shipment of wine on 5th July, and a week later the recipient informs me that they still have not received it.

When I query MyCourierSA, they then inform me that their bakkie was in an accident and then looted. And yet not a single email/SMS/phone call to inform me of what happened.

And since they don't even offer insurance on the shipments, that's over R3k of wine lost.
