Courier company not delivering a parcel for almost 2 weeks

On the 19th September my parcel was sent from Cape Town to Ohrigstad via My Courier Sa. On the 23rd I contacted them to require as to where this parcel is because it was said that the parcel would be delivered within 3 days. Today is the 27th and I still have not received the parcel after they said it would be delivered on the 26th September. Once again they just told me that I will now only get it on Monday, the 2nd October. I think this is very bad service. Apparently they also got in a 3rd party to do the delivery from Cape Town to Johannesburg.
