I don't recommend My Coin Auction

I don't recommend my coin auction I sold my coins buyers don't pay it's the 15th day today......I sold other coins 3 days ago they are not bought they don't even appear on auction at least I would have repurchased I tried to logging and talk to consultants no reply. Their system is failing us is also failing them unless that's how they wanted things to be
