Claimed on the 8 of ...

Claimed on the 8 of this month and my claim is still on assessment...called them yesterday to find out what's the problem with my claim they said I must send my 3 month bank statement and id copy I did...but even now no one has communicated regarding my claim...and it's not the first time claiming from them....so im so disappointed cause I constantly have to do a follow up with them
