My Choice trading is a ****

I bought clothes online, next the following day they informed me that two items are not available as per online. Then we replaced the order for other items this was on the 9th of February 2023. Then I discovered that the courier truck was high jacked and I had to inform them to refund you. I inform the shop I have proof of WhatsApp, then I personally went to the shop on the 27th of February 2024 was promised a refund till today I am promised we will do it every time I remind them. Is this not a ****? Today it's the 12th of March they are not returning my money.
