Horrible Customer Service!

Be lucky i gave 1 star!!!. Delivered the wrong size item, Struggling for a week now - The whatsapp service is the worst,you will see they are online,but they just ignore my queries!! they are quick to debit your payment,but now just to do an exchange its taking +- 2weeks!!! this is pathetic!!!! last time im patronizing them!!!
