Bad Customer Service

Not even one star.Their customer service is terrible and they are so rude. I ordered 6 dresses from them and when I received them the material was very bad and the colours were too different from what they advertised. I had to return the items and I wanted my money back and guess what I am still waiting for my money from them because I will never buy anything from them ever even in the next life.The dress came with a funny smelling I guess their shop is filthy. They told me that they don’t refund and it’s not even written in their website because I paid online. They are so rude on WhatsApp.My lawyer called them and they blocked her calls. The email address written in their website is not working and doesn’t exist,these people are ****mers and I am still waiting for my money from them
