Diabolical service - AVOID AVOID

It is with regret that I have to write this, but feel it important to inform any other individuals looking to sign up for business and accounting services with Charles Westermeyer from 'My Business Group' simply not to. Our business has been making use of their services for the past 2 years, but for the past year the service has become progressively worse to the point that despite multiple attempts to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation, none of this has been taken up and the service has simply gotten to a point of non existence. Phone calls are constantly ignored, promises are frequently made and not delivered upon, Charles the owner has been caught out lying numerous times, paperwork that is claimed to be done is not - the list goes on. Unfortunately this has resulted in a number of penalties being placed on our business by SARS for work that was claimed to be done and not, as well as having a number or repercussions on our business reputation. We are at out wits end of trying to reason with Charles Westermeyer from MBG and feel it should be made known that 'My Business Group' should be avoided at all costs.
