Service delivery

I took a MyBus from Park Station to Harrismith on the 13th December, the bus was scheduled to leave at 08:45 in the morning we only left at 10:00 we were bussed from Park Station with a doggy bus full of flies to Braamfontein where "real" bus was parked, our luggage weren't marked one had to guess when they got off, the driver wasn't professional at all then to top it off he didn't know my drop-off station, missed an offramp into Warden Street then blamed me for not giving him directions, I asked him why his office didn't give him a map if he doesn't know routes he was very rude in his response.
