Pathetic service

I took the My bus from Durban to Johannesburg on the 21st September 2017. The condition of the buses are terrible. The toilets stink. We had to sacrifice an hour of valuable time in Pietermaritzburg God knows for what. No announcement or explaination to the passenger as to why we are parked in pmb for over an hour. I will NEVER EVER USE THIS PATHETIC BUS EVER AGAIN. I rather travel with Eldos coaches at least with Eldos the attendants help with the luggage and assist with the elderly. Hats off to Eldos you have a passenger for life. Continue with the amazing service. As for MY BUS they should close their business it's pathetic with a capital P... Sabena Sadanand
