MyBus Trash service

As I am reviewing this company my niece is currently on the bus traveling from PMB to JHB Park Station. I got a call from my brother this morning after dropping off my niece to say the bus service is actually not worth paying for. He complained about there being: 1. no bag tags/label being attached to the traveller's bags 2. Where the bags are kept there's actually passengers who could be *******ly just catching a lift from there without paying.

I've been trying to contact their offices/contact center to find out what is the estimated time of arrival at Park with no success for two hours of trying. I eventually got through to a number I got on their Facebook page and their service couldn't get any better. The lady sounded like she just woke up from sleep and was not helpful at all. She said she'd call and ask the driver about the time of arrival and contact me back and I've been waiting for more than an hour.

This is NOT the conditions one would be comfortable sending their loved ones to deal with. Worried about safety and security they are providing as well.

Not happy about this service at all.
