Face Product

Hi I bought this face product at Woodlands Mall in a stall. I was told is for all skin type and it will help me with the dryness, ***mentation and spots. OK I bought it after some days using it my face started reacting, it was very itchy more ****les were coming out my face became so dry like it was a gravel road. The itchiness gave me so much headache. I called the sales person what is going on. She told me that their ceo requested to see pictures of my face before they can help. I forwarded same no one came back to me. I then went myself to the stall requesting a refund. I was then given a very long message eventually the so called ceo talked to me over the phone. He literally refused to refund me. He told me about the Constitution which no Act was given to. They gave me a bogus address because I sent a registered letter of demand it was never collected. So beloved family when things are like this where does one go. The shop is called My Beauty SA. Any advise...
