False Advertising

I am woman who went to buy a car from the dealership JR Dealers also know as 55 Auto. I bought the Nissan Xtrail SUV, according to the add that was posted on Facebook. The add descibed the car is in good condition papers and licence are in order. I paid cash for the car, but i have also spend over R20,000.00 fixing the car putting on tyres, new windscreen anti hyjack tint had a major service done etc so i can have a decent car driving. I have asked for the papers and licence as the add indicated papers and licence are in order only to find out that the car Vin number and engin does not correspond the Vin number cant even be picked up on the system so now I am asking is this a ****** vehicle i was sold, I have thus far received no papers no licence last week I spend another R10,000.00 for a torque converter, Monday the car threw me away on the N2 and only to find out the engin int here does not belong to the car and the engin needs to be replaced. Hello peter i am still withing my 6 months of buying this car it is my consumer right to return this car and they have to refund me my money back. I have send them several messages and calls nothing, they ignore my calls they ignore my messages I am sitting without a vehicle as the car is now standing and I do not have the money for a new engin and refuse to spend any more monies for a car that is not licence no papers and i believe the licence is in arrears so I am afraid what if this is a ****** vehicle coz nothing seems to be adding up. I have all my correspondences and the add as evidence. Hellopeter please help i have no idea waht to do next without transport and having to spend all those monies.

Hellopeter I need these guys to refund my money i am a single woman and just been though a hell of a toxic divorce that I still have to deal with car dealers who are dishonest and false adverti*****t.

Please help urgently as the vehicle is stanf=ding I ahve no use of it all i have of the vehicle is the receipt. I am within my consumer protection right to have my money refunded as i do not have the vehicle more than 5 months.
