Bad Experience with My Apple Guru

I wanted to buy a Mac Book Pro, after looking around, this company had the best price for the new 2016 model with touch bar. After over 2 weeks of waiting for them to get stock in, of which they never contacted me back (I had to call them back multiple times and it seemed they hadn't followed up at all), I found another laptop on their website which was advertised as a demo model. I later find out from them that it isn't a demo model, it is second hand, He tells me he has no idea of the previous owners usage and how long he had the machine. It seemed to be a great deal as it had great specs and was sold for a good price, he told me the machine was in excellent condition. I received the machine, it has a few scratches but I wasn't too bothered by that. I then purchased the machine and after a few days of just using it a bit (hadn't even been out the house) the keyboard and trackpad seem to be intermittently stop working. I notify the guy about this and he tells me there was no warranty on the laptop, after 2 weeks the problem is getting worse so I ask him if I can return it, he said no, so now I'm stuck with a R19 000 Laptop which isn't working properly, after another 2 weeks the keyboard and trackpad aren't working at all. The guy gave me a whole long talk on the phone about how they care about me and they want to help and that he would be with me every step of the way (even though he was across the country?), but he said he wouldn't be paying for anything (which I find useless). He just didn't want to lose me as a customer so tried his hardest to make me feel like he was on my side, but he wasn't. I never heard back from him. I then sent him a message 2 weeks later telling him that I found out the machine had water damage, the keyboard had been replaced badly and was wobbly inside, and the battery had a leak and wasn't glued down. He rep**** with "Im in a meeting will respond later" I had to prompt him to reply as I heard nothing back from him aft which he gave another useless comment "Thinking of how we can resolve this" after about 5 weeks after I bought the laptop and after he knew about this. What made it even worse for me was that he told me he checked the laptop himself and didn't find anything wrong, and didn't have a qualified professional look at it, being an apple selling company, you would want your products to be good when you sell them. I ended having to pay another R5500 to replace the whole top plate. Which brought the price close to what I would have paid for the laptop new.I wish the problem had shown itself when I demoed the laptop but unfortunately he told me as it was after I had paid he wouldn't return or pay for any repairs, he basically told me it was my fault for not noticing the problem even though it only showed itself after I started using it a bit more 3 days after I bought it. He had no policy available on their website or anywhere stating any no returns or anything of this nature, even though he stated that they had such a policy.
