Appalling Service at My African Buy

I bought books worth R3761 on My African Buy website on the 21st November 2018. I was promised delivery by Sibahle Malunga before the end of December 2018. The books have not been delivered till today. No one responds to my emails. The cell phone numbers: ********** / ********** 582/ ********** 220 are all not being answered. I have sent a whats app message still there was no response to it. The emails sent to ********** are also not responded to. I have never seen such!!!!!!
