Empty promises.

We bought full house package last year mid june at my africa holdings which is owned by Albert. He told us for the registeration to be approved we need to pay a cerain. We did that and he started with the house plan around july but still even today the house was registered in our name but still we struggling to get our final house plan. He promised to start with the construction in January 2015 and its now March he hasnt done anything. Kindly Uncle Peter helps us. We tired of empty promises. Thank you
