Shocking service!!

My wife ordered a pair of boots for my son on the 31-07-21, which he needed for a race on 14-08-21. She requested that if they couldn't be delivered before then, to get a refund so that she could source them elsewhere. No response to emails or whatsapp messages. We had to pay up for another pair of boots and still cant get anything out of MX Alliance. Extremely poor service!!! Order #428012.
