No communication and bad feedback

I have ordered some handguards and deflectors from Johan on the 29th of January 2021. On 22 June I received the handgaurds but no deflectors. Everytime I do an inquiry I'm getting the same excuse from Johan. "Once a batch arrives we sort, pack and ship". This all that Johan keep on telling me and the problem doesn't get resolved According to Johan he is busy with February and March orders but, he still can't tell me when I will receive my deflectors ordered in January.
