MX Alliance not delivering on sale

I am still waiting for plastics that I ordered and paid for on the 4th of March 2021. 5 months now and still waiting. I would like my money back. They are apparently waiting for the shipments and use COVID as an excuse, but come on, 5 months to ship and item, I don't believe that. I recently ordered a new subframe from Europe through Trax Ktm in Centurion and that took 2 weeks to deliver to my door. Please give my money back.
