I order my boots from Johan right in the middle of the lockdown in April. I was a expected a delay. And of course the lockdown went on for ever. My boots arrived in Late August. You would think customer's would understand that due COVID 19 the delay's were going happen and be a bit more understand as how this virus has impacted business globally. And international orders have been effected more severely than other business.

Every mail I sent to Johan and the team was answered and he updated me and apologised ever time for the delay which he had no control over.

Yes I got frustrated. But from my dealing with this company has always been a pleasure my goods arrive yes late but they arrived.

Johan thanks for being patient with a frustrated customer I hope your business will return to normal and wish all the best in the future.

And yes i will buy from this company again prices are fair and service is normally very good.
