Fantastic service from Mx Alliance

I ordered two items from Mx Alliance around a month ago. By last friday, the last day estimated for delivery I still hadn’t heard anything. I contacted Johan who left the store in the middle of Black Friday chaos to go to customs and personally sort it out. Customs had for some inane reason delayed the clearances and if Johan hadn’t gone there my parts would probably be stuck there indefinitely. Both parts far exceed my expectations. I’ve been extremely impressed with Johan and the service I’ve received.
