A rare breed.

I ordered 3 items on their website. A few weeks later, I received an email advising me that they had changed their computer system and were unsure if I had received my order. I clicked on the NOT RECEIVED. Shortly thereafter, I received another email advising me that they would credit my account, which that did as promised. A day or 2 later, I received another confirmation of my order and when it would be shipped. I received the 3 items today. Called them to ask how I needed to make payment and I was informed that the items were on the house. WOW! Service like this is almost impossible to find!
