Provident fund

My Father worked on mines back in the days. Libanon and fairview mine in barberton. This man never claimed his funds provident funds and etc. When i contact this organisation they send me word document isntead of a proof of payment fhat shows dates and banking information as to who this monies were paid to or reference for that payment. Now they are blocking me when i ask for proof of payment. All i know is that whitepeople are worsen, what is wrong if one asks for proof of payment? Did they cliamed it themselves or rob us? This man got injured and dismissed since he has eye sight issues from work injuries we have never got a cent from this. I would like to be assisted and advised because believe me

Many black people sufferes loses on such things this whites claim and chow freely no one will ask any questions.
