Mvula Garage Doors, a no go area

Mvula Garage Doors is owned by Mr ME Shangase from iNanda, Ohlange, contact number. The guy is a ******* who made me pay R13 000 for a garage door that doesn't hold when switched back to manual. What happens is there always has to be someone else present to hold the garage while I drive out when loadshedded and garage door switched to manual. I mean what is the whole point of having a garage when your car sleeps outside because of the fear that you will be trapped inside should there be a power failure. I called the guy on 01 January to alert him of the defect to the garage door that he had installed for me in December, he ignored my calls and messages to later respond to say he will drop by to fix the problem which he never did. He has been avoiding taking my calls and I have missed work twice because of him. I asked my brother to call him, he quickly returned the call because he thought it was a new client and told him he will drop by to fix the problem to later ignore his calls too. The guy is arrogant, has poor customer service and I believe more than anything that he is a ***** who sells defective products and gets away with mischief because he left me with a product that doesn't fully function. I am greatly inconvenienced by this and wouldn't like to see someone else fall in his trap after paying their hard earned money. He is mostly used by people residing in Adams/Umbumbulu and PMB areas, if anyone refers him to you, he is a no go area.
