Outstanding service

While I was listening to Cape Talk this morning, just before 09:00, a Cape Town resident complained that she'd made application for a vehicle licence on eServices, but had heard nothing. I sent a text message in, saying exactly the same thing, and that a friend had been waiting for over three months.<br> I think that the error is due to the fact that we register, and think that we are going to receive the documents. This isn't the case. There's a further process.<br> I received a call from Jamaima Veldsman, and she was able to see that the process had gone no further than the actual registration process. I continued, on her instructions, and it has been processed.<br> Jamaima was incredibly patient, and helpful, and explained everything really well. What a pleasure to deal with someone with such a great attitude. It is unexpected in most government departments.
