MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION PLUMSTEAD LAZY WORKERS

MVR Plumstead - I arrived at Plumstead MVR at 2:25pm today and was told to walk around the building to the other side for the entrance as its one way in one way out due to COVID protocols. After walking 2km I was turned away by the security that works for EDEN SECURITY company Mr KJ Sello and this was at 2:45pm. Plumstead MVR closes at 3:30pm. When asked why I was not advised at the other entrance they were closed he told me ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM. Asked for a manager he signaled into the building for a manager. No Manager bothered to come and explain. While waiting an elderly lady arrived who had to walk around the building as well and was turned away. UNACCEPTABLE. You close at 3:30pm that is when you close your doors. I have pictures of the inside there was hardly any people inside. And still does not justify why you close your doors! People make arrangements to and take time off from work to visit the MVR and there is no consideration from the workers.
