PATHETIC, SELF ENRICHMENT, Company...I paid 4 x R 749, 94, when I took my vehicle for service,, no payment was made, I paid R 4080,00 out of my own pocket, no reimbur*****t from them as telephonically agreed. All documents were provided, Quotation, as requested,.. they say, was now a Warranty, NOT A quotation from service provider. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't make use of this ???, company, they are also under performing to Mutual & Federal as their underwriter..as per their WEB.. They "stole" R _+ 3000-00 from me, with debit orders, if I could only get back my premiums,,, Great,,nothing ..NO correspondence...from them, in 4 days..after my vehicles' service..I had to call them...to get clarity and way forward..PLEASE AVOID,,,MVIA..CLAIMS/SERVICE/ FEEDBACK...ETC,,ETC..AT ALL COSTS..
