Worst warranty ever

Still waiting after a week my claim got rejected I’ve escalated it they claim they looking into it still no feedback! Waiting for a call from a manager which never happen! Another debit order submitted still no feedback! Cam gear is not coverd then why send me to BMW after my RMI dealer sent you the report I had to pay out of my pocket!!!
