WORST SERVICE! THEY DO NOT CARE 1 BIT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Do you get negative stars? Worst service with incredibly patronising staff who do not care about the customer, they only care about their terms. My car is in for service, iv spent over 3 hours over 3 days holding for them. Its a 45000km service, and they will not cover spark plugs, air filter and cabin filter. granted it does not form part of service, however all the parts were dirty and damaged and needed to be replaced as these parts where not changed on previous service. Yes this is not their fault, but i bought car and added plan after these service where done, the difference is R900 iv spent probably over R900 holding on the phone with them. They do not care at all kept saying its not part of that particular service, what point of having all extras covered when they cannot even support on something small - NEVER AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND! I HAVE ALOT OF MATES IN THE CAR GAME AND ILL MAKE SURE NONE OF THEM USE THIS **** COMPANY
