WORST Service Provider EVER

They dont even deserve a star! The most horrific experience I was with another company and I never had to first do all the work before I was able to take my car in for a service with MVIA its first get a quote then take pictures then do this and then that and then write a essay about why you need a service...... I signed a 3 year contract and I wish I could cancel my policy with immidiate effect! I missed one payment and MVIA didnt inform me or call to make a payment arrangement the email they sent is so misleading and now when I explaine the content of their mail to them and they can see they have messed up, they throw their hands in the air and say well that is sad but it not our problem!

I am ever so sorry I moved to them and warn ALL people to stay away rather go elsewhere even if it cost more because at the end of the day all the airtime and data you will waste on MVIA to get something done will make up for the price you pay.
