Worst service MVIA INSURE

Took my car for a service on the Friday morning, Ford garage inform MVIA Insure about my claim. They then decide to only contact me Monday afternoon to tell me that they not gonna cover my service which cost R1420 due to the fact that instead of having paid 10months minimum, i only paid 8months. The amount i pay monthly is R299 and according to my calculations that comes out to R2393 paid towards service after 8months. Instead of listening to me they decide to tell me to upgrade the policy, when i refused they just chose to never contact me again. Worst every service i have gotten in my life, day light ******* is an understatement with this company
