Worst service ever - stay away from them

By far the worst service ever, I made claim on the 29th of June till this day zero feedback or communication from them, they don’t even bother to respond to your email. You call everyday to sit on the line for hours while waiting to speak to a consultant ( one of them is Phiwo) only to be told that they’re waiting for a claim to be approve and they don’t have a turn around time. How ridiculous can this company be, waiting for over 2 weeks with no action. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, you’re going to waste your airtime calling them countless time with no way forward and waisting your airtime. Stay away from this company if you know what’s good for you.
