Worst service ever!!

I took in my car for service last week Friday, nothing was done on my car as the Service provider (Toyota) had to wait for the quotation to be approved. Quotation got approved by 3pm in the afternoon on Friday. I took my car home with me for the weekend because I had to travel and took it back to be serviced on Wednesday. Toyota called me to tell me that they were done with servicing the car at 11am, they are waiting for payment. No payment was done by MVIA insurance, my car spent the night at Toyota. Again today (Thursday at 3pm) payment is still not done. This is the worst service I have ever come across. On top of that, I have to pay for a penalty when I took my car in on time for service. I have called them 4 times just on Thursday for them to make payments and sent many emails. I don't recommend MVIA insurance to anyone. Does this mean I won't have my car for the long weekend again??? -
