Worst insurer EVER!!!

I have been with MVIA for over 3 years. They came highly recommended at the time which made my decision to go with them much easier, also the fact that I'm wheelchair bound I needed a trustworthy 3rd party mechanical warranty for my vehicle. I cannot just get into another vehicle as easy as others. In the 3 years I never claimed or used them for claims, only if my cat suffered bigger failure like now. They merely shrugged my claimed off saying it didn't suffer severe failure, although it was stressed in the inspection report from the workshop. I requested a assessor to be sent out to look at the damage but they refused and said one will not be appointment. Instead a goodwill payment of 3k can be given because they claim Goldwagen can give replacement parts for 6k. This is far from true as parts cost alot more than that for my vehicle. The lady I spoke to said my claim is rejected but I can take this poor little goodwill payment. I declined and said I'd like to cancel the policy as I felt I have been ****** of my money and loyalty. Quickly cancelation paperwork was sent to me.

This is the most pathetic, unacceptable and unprofessional service I have ever come by. This is also not the first time they have done but also to other loyal customers of theirs.
