Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever. My vehicle is still standing at the panel beaters and not sure when it will ever leave that place in a driving condition because of steering rack problems, in-fact a control module you guys can not cover. I was told sorry Sir the payment of R73000 in repairs is for you to settle and I have been paying for some time for this warranty plan. I believe MVIA should have experienced sales staff, they should know all types of vehicles before accepting them and not be greedy to make sales. I wrote a email 3 weeks ago and I have been waiting for a reply since and I'm not going to stop posting on this platform till I get your attention. If you guys cant help me at least pay me back for the months i have been paying this plan.
