Worst company ever!

Later Oct early Nov, had a breakdown with my car, went to a RMI approved dealer! Which confirm it was my cam gears! Got the report which was sent to Mvia insure 2 weeks later got a response! Needed to take the car to a BMW dealer as they didn’t trust the RMI approved dealers word! which I done and had to come out of my pocket!!! For the diagnosis report!

Got the report from bmw which was sent to Mvia! ( which was the same outcome as the RMI approve dealer!)

During the time I requested to speak to a manger over and over which didn’t happen! I was told to take the car to the RMI dealer again as the assessor will come out! A week later I had to phone for feedback today I got a email the claim has been rejected as it is part of wear and tear! I would love to know how cam gears is part of wear and tear! #idont#suggest#anyonejoining#them!
