Worst Car Service Plan EVER

1 star is tooo high, I really wish there was a minus 0 Star rating. Ive had the worst experience with my MVIA Car Service Plan I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to take cover with these people.

They refused to give full service for my 120 000km, VW and only paid for a small portion of the service leaving me with a R160000 bill that I need to figure out how to pay because my car will break down if certain things aren't changed. This is a standard service for VW's when they reach a 120 000k's. We have emailed them asking us to show clauses in the contract that give them the right to refuse to do a full service and to date we have beard nothing from them. At this point I just want to cancel and pay the cancelation fee and find a different service plan provider because their service is really Shi*.
