Worse service ever.

Worse ever, they trying all their best not to pay. I lodge a claim in 23/01/2023 but still today they busy avoiding to pay. They say their payment department does not have telephone numbers so there's nothing to do at the claim department. They only respond one email after a week and ask a document that even the Panelbeater does not have.
