Winnie was of good service to me

Winnie was of good service to me. She went an extra mile in assisting me to get my service plan working for me as I can't find find my service book,she advised me to email my odometer and motivate that I have been servicing my car for minor services as I did four times with VW and only now I am taking it for major service,and specify the date I last took it for VW to retrieve that information to you to help me get the service history. I was stuck with my car since I didn't get all the items needed upfront for service and was getting worried that it is going to be worn out as it is likely and overdue for a major service. Ladies like Winnie are rare to find with her patience and courtesy for clients like myself who are a bit backward with technology but she makes everything easier for me and I hope she does this to every client to make life easier.
